today marks day 20 in my ’20 day challenge’
realizations:
- it takes more that 20 days to do most things
- i may be gluten sensitive
- i’m not the best person to hold myself accountable, working on it
- i can’t avoid beer for 20 days, but now i may have to
- life without processed bagged/boxed carbs is easier than expected
- my sister does remember/read this – and signed me up for personals
- i found a way to approach my daily work, in a more productive way
- music does provide more motivation than i thought it did
day 20 and i’m officially 200 lbs – i blame the beers and the fatty brisket from this weekend, or i would have been here so much sooner.
the final weigh in for work is pushed to tomorrow- so today i will drink my weight in water and hope for the best.
